Octagon Bolsters it Team with New Director of Information Technology

King of Prussia, PA - Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. (Octagon) is pleased to announce the addition of Donald Palmer as the Director of Information Technology. He will be based out of the headquarters location in King of Prussia, PA.

Mr. Palmer will be responsible for overseeing information technologies used by Octagon’s professional publishing group. He brings over ten years of related industry experience in regulatory and records management software design, development, and implementation. He also has extensive practical experience with the implementation and use of standard industry tools for electronic document management and submission publishing.
