OCTAGON RESEARCH SOLUTIONS EXPANDS HEADQUARTERS IN KING OF PRUSSIA, PA

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – March 18, 2003 – Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a leading process-centric solutions provider that offers a suite of regulatory electronic submissions, regulatory affairs, clinical data management, statistical, and information technology services to the life sciences industry, announced today that the Company has more than doubled the size of its headquarters by leasing an additional 8,500 square feet of space. Octagon’s original space was more than 5,000 square feet. The Company’s headquarters is located at 1016 W. Ninth Ave. in King of Prussia, PA.

The centerpiece of the new space is a training center that gives Octagon the ability to offer clients hosted, off-site regulatory and technical training seminars and sessions.
Octagon recently announced a $3.8 million first round of funding led by Edison Venture Fund. Milestone Venture Partners also participated in the financing.
