OCTAGON RESEARCH SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES SERGEY SLIPENCHUK AS VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Wayne, PA. -September 25, 2006 – CEO & Chairman Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a pioneer and leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, today announced that Mr. Sergey Slipenchuk has joined the company as Vice President, Finance.  In his new role, Mr. Slipenchuk will be responsible for directing and managing the daily financial operations within Octagon and its lines of business.

Mr. Slipenchuk brings the experience and knowledge of over 20 years of public and private accounting and finance experience.  Mr. Slipenchuk comes to Octagon from Fiberlink Communications Corporation, where he was responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations for the $80 million company.  Mr. Slipenchuk has also worked, in a financial management capacity, within the high technology and telecommunications arenas.  He began his career at Arthur Andersen’s Philadelphia office.

Mr. Slipenchuk holds an MBA, M.S., EAP from the European School of Management, Paris, France, he is also a certified CPA from the State of Pennsylvania, and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Temple University.
