OCTAGON RESEARCH SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES NEW EXPANSION OF HEADQUARTERS

Wayne, Pa. - March 22, 2006 - CEO & Chairman Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. a pioneer and leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, announced today that the company has expanded its operations to a second corporate suite in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Since 2003, Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. has experienced a 135% increase in employee growth, creating a critical need for new office space.

The new suite, which will house Octagon’s Research and Development division, is located at 575 E. Swedesford Road. The additional space will address the growing needs of the expanding R&D function while still offering proximity to all other headquarters functions.
