OCTAGON RESEARCH SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENT TO FUEL GROWTH AND MOMENTUM

Wayne, Pa. - February 28, 2006 - CEO & Chairman Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. a pioneer and leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, announced today that Mr. Alan Horgan has been named as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO). This new position is designed to drive the company's expansive domestic and international growth, and reaffirm its commitment to the highest levels of professionalism and customer support.

Mr. Horgan, a pharmaceutical industry veteran with over 25 years of experience was most recently Group Vice-President, Late Stage Development, at MDS Pharma Services, a division of MDS Inc. At MDS Pharma Services, Mr. Horgan was directly responsible for Global Clinical Development and Global Central Laboratories with revenues in excess of 150 million and with over 1700 employees in 23 countries.
