MONIQUE GARRETT– VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL STRATEGY

Ms. Garrett is currently responsible for global strategy at Octagon, bringing over 18 years of life sciences experience to her role. Her current focus is on the development and commercialization of integrated software and service offerings that address the industry’s need for global capabilities, operational capacity and strategic leadership in the field of Regulatory Information Management.   

Ms. Garrett has spent most of her tenure in the life sciences industry developing and bringing innovative services and novel technologies to the market place. She also spent six years in the pharmaceutical industry working in the areas of regulatory operations, document management and electronic publishing, developing best practices, processes and training to support those systems.

Ms. Garrett is currently Chair of the TOPRA (The Organization for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs) North America Leadership Team and a member of the TOPRA Board of Directors (2010-2012).

Ms. Garrett earned her BS in Human Resources with honors from the University of Delaware and a Masters in Management from Pennsylvania State University.
