New location to support rapid expansion of the European team

Wayne, PA. (June 19, 2007) Chairman and CEO, Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a pioneer and leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, today announced that the company's European headquarters will be relocating to accommodate growth of the European team. The new European headquarters offices will be established in Berkhamsted, in the greater suburbs of London.

The new location will continue to offer the convenience of proximity to London while also offering room for growth. Mark Turner, managing director of European operations, commented on the move, "We recently expanded the European team and our pipeline of projects indicates that the expansion will be continuing for the foreseeable future. The relocation will allow us to build the team as appropriate without worrying about facility expansion as well."
