FUSE™ Electronic Data Capture (EDC) is used to collect data for Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials.

Training
Octagon provides FUSE™ training for all study implementations. The FUSE training program includes the following components:
- Web-based training sessions
- Face-to-face training sessions

Support
Octagon’s customer support team is responsible for providing 24/7 support via email or telephone for all customer requests and works closely together with Managed Hosted Operations team to address any infrastructure related issues. The Support organization has two levels - Customer Service Desk (CSD), and Level 2 support.
