Turning Point™ Readiness Assessments for Data Standards Implementation

Octagon’s TurningPoint Readiness Assessment provide a glimpse into an organization’s current capabilities as well as a gap analysis of capabilities that are required to support the transition to CDISC data standards.

Roadmap Development

Based on the results of the Readiness Assessment , Octagon’s expert consultant can prepare and deliver a Roadmap implementation plan that documents the resources, tasks and organizational changes required to support implementation of global data standards. This Roadmap may include Data Governance Strategies to support maintenance of data standardization programs.

Implementation Assistance

Once a plan has been documented, Octagon’s consultants can facilitate the implementation of the plan with project management, process documentation and training assistance. This approach ensures a smooth transition sets the stage for the organization to rapidly implement and accurately maintain data standardization programs. CDISC Training and CDISC Legacy Conversion/Warehousing may be included in these activities.
