The ViewPoint FUSE Team designed and implemented the National Airway Clearance Registry (NACR) for a medical device company which collected data on patient populations and disease states associated with airway clearance-related problems. Both adult and pediatric patients were enrolled. The progression of disease in patients receiving different types of airway clearance therapy, if any, was related to other patient factors including age, gender, disease severity, and additional complications. Clinical, QOL and cost-related outcomes measures were collected.
